No. You can cancel your contract with Shopify Fulfillment Network at any time with 45 days’ notice, letting you scale your business confidently without being locked into anything.
Fulfillment centers
Shopify’s fulfillment centers are located across the United States. Your inventory will be distributed to locations close to your customers so you can provide them with faster order deliveries.
Shopify’s fulfillment centers currently operate within the United States. Orders can be shipped internationally as well.
We provide you with a single fulfillment center to send your inventory, and then we distribute it to the rest. This keeps your products close to your customers.

No. Shopify does not charge any monthly minimums for fulfillment services. However, your business should reach a certain level of sales before joining Shopify Fulfillment Network to ensure the service is a good fit.

In addition to our existing portfolio, we’ll continue to grow our offerings, including regional carriers, so you can offer faster delivery.Shopify chooses the best carrier to get the package there on time after a customer places an order from your store, then makes arrangements with the chosen carrier automatically. This doesn’t affect your pricing.
Yes. We ship worldwide with multiple carriers so that your business can reach international buyers.
No. Shopify does not insert any marketing material during the packing process. However, we are happy to ship products on your behalf that have those materials pre-packed already. We also offer custom packing slips that can display your logo, a discount code, or a personal message.
Yes. Shopify Fulfillment Network is compatible with all sales channels that are integrated with your Shopify store, including these:

Yes. In addition to speaking with fulfillment experts via email, you can access Shopify’s support team over the phone and live chat. You can even chat with support staff on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time.
Sustainability and Shopify
We choose our materials with sustainability in mind. All poly material used is 100% recyclable, and 31% of our corrugated cardboard consists of post-industrial material.
Yes. When your customers check out using Shop Pay, Shopify pays to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere according to the emissions generated by the delivery. This makes the order carbon-neutral. You can also buy carbon offsets for orders placed without Shop Pay through Shopify’s Planet App.
